J.R. is passionate about helping others find the home of their dreams whether it be a small cottage or a multi-million dollar home. His smile and twinkling eyes tell it all. He is really all about "people placing" -- his own words for the mystical connection when people bond with their environment.
J.R. realizes there also must be a commitment to discipline, which keeps him focused on the needs of his clients. His upbringing as well as his military experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force working in both the Pentagon and the White House has formed his disciplined approach to problem solving.
His ability to put technology to work for his clients is as great a personal accomplishment as is his champion horsemanship. J.R.'s other achievements include serving the Real Estate community on the Monterey County Board of REALTORS, as Director 2002, Director, Secretary Treasurer 2003, 2004 President-Elect, and President in 2005. Honored by the Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce as Entrepreneur of the Year for 2004. J.R. is now preparing for his role as the California Association of Realtors Region 10 Chair person, all this and still achieving excellent results and customer satisfaction with and for his clients.
